For two decades, MicroAssist has assisted organizations deliberating over the decision whether and where to seek classroom training. There are a lot of companies and facilities that market seemingly similar offerings. So how do you decide which training is the best? Most people will concur that great training comes from a mix of strong instructors and best-in-class curriculum. At MicroAssist, we believe that neither of those can happen without considerable experience.

Industry-Leading Instructors

At the heart of MicroAssist’s 200 standard training offerings is its extremely knowledgeable and engaging training staff. Each instructor is cross-trained on a variety of subjects, has access to subject matter experts from MicroAssist’s consulting division, and is privy to a wealth of vendor and third-party reference materials. And while we work hard to select the right person for every class, we leave it to our students to let us know how we are doing. Teachers are evaluated by students after every class, and training managers review instructor performance monthly.

Best-in-Class Curriculum

With 20 years experience under our belts, MicroAssist has a very strong understanding of how adults learn. All of our courseware is developed with adults in mind, based on an adult learning model developed by our partner, Element K Press. As the most tested courseware developer in the training industry, Element K is recognized for quality, consistency and a hands-on approach.

Service-Driven Approach

MicroAssist works hard to ensure that our training experience is as positive and valuable as it can be. We take care in selecting the right instructor, making sure class content and schedules accommodate customer needs, creating custom curriculum or even one-on-one executive training when necessary, and can even bring our training program to your location if preferred. We maintain a low student-to-instructor ratio, equip our classrooms to offer hands-on experience that mirrors what your employees encounter on the job, and offer a training extranet for easier information sharing.
