Tier 1 – Customer Support

Support Representative answers an inbound call and using a jointly-developed materials. Options for ticket management and escalation procedures are included.

Tier 2 – Technical Support

Technical Support representative (TSR) answers an inbound call or responds to an inbound email and, through a series of interactive questions and decision tree steps. User contact information is captured per client instructions which drives a series of end-user actions and/or responses.

Tier 3 – Developer Support

As the final step, questions that cannot be resolved in Tier 1 or Tier 2 are escalated to the development teams for resolution. These highly technical questions result in a detailed evaluation of the issue and resolution. Resolution can come in the form of break/fix code management or more detailed explanations of system functionality and requirements.
