MicroAssist CEO, Sanjay Nasta, speaking at Going Social: Exploring Social Media for your Organization
MicroAssist CEO, Sanjay Nasta, is speaking at Going Social: Exploring Social Media for your Organization on August 23, 2010. Mr. Nasta will represent both MicroAssist and E-Learning Council at this event. He will be a part of a panel giving Perspectives on Social Media from the government, education and private sector's point of view. This half day briefing is designed to educate State of Texas IRM's in issues surrounding social media. Topics will include policies, accessibility, technology, measuring results, as well as the viewpoints from different sectors.
Hiram Kuykendall, CTO, is an organizer for the event. Mr. Kuykendall will be representing Accessibility Internet Rally (AIR) Austin at the event. AIR Austin's purpose is to match teams of web designers/developers with non-profit organizations to build new websites or enhance existing ones to make them more accessible for people with disabilities.
MicroAssist partner John Gillis from First Order Consulting will be emceeing the event. Scott Rehling, from Lava Studios, will be presenting on Integrating Video with a Social Media Strategy.
Mr. Nasta has been active in using social media to develop learning communities and to establish stronger relationships with our clients. His first blog (before the term blog existed) was to document the building of his house--Builtonline. Builtonline was featured in the national media.
