Course Description:
Students will learn what SQL is and how it can help them query a database to answer business questions.
Course Objective:
Students will learn how to use SQL statements to query a database.
Target Student:
Students enrolling in this course should be familiar with the components that make up the PC, including input, output, and storage devices. They should also be familiar with concepts related to database structure and terminology.
Prerequisites:
To ensure the successful completion of SQL 7.0: Introduction, we recommend completion of the following MicroAssist courses, or equivalent knowledge from another source:
- Windows 2000, XP, or 2003 Introduction
Delivery Method:
Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities. Each student is provided with a computer and a Manual. The manual is the student's to keep and makes an excellent reference guide.
