Course Description:
This course will provide you with the skills you need to start sending and responding to e-mail in Outlook 2007, as well as maintaining your calendar, scheduling meetings, and working with tasks and notes.

Course Objective:
You will compose and send e-mail, schedule appointments and meetings, manage contact information and tasks, and use notes.

Target Student:
This course is designed for any person with a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows who needs to use Outlook 2007 as part of their daily job functions.

Prerequisites:
To ensure the successful completion of Outlook 2007: Introduction, we recommend completion of the following MicroAssist courses, or equivalent knowledge from another source:

-Windows 2002: Introduction

Delivery Method:
Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities. Each student is provided with a computer and a Manual. The manual is the student's to keep and makes an excellent reference guide.
