Course Description:

You will automate some common Excel tasks, apply advanced analysis techniques to more complex data sets, troubleshoot errors, collaborate on worksheets, and share Excel data with other applications.

Course Objective:

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Enhance productivity and efficiency by streamlining the workflow
  2. Collaborate with other workbook users
  3. Audit worksheets
  4. Analyze data
  5. Work with multiple workbooks
  6. Import and export data
  7. Integrate Excel data with the web
  8. Structure workbooks with XML

Target Student:

This course is designed for students desiring to gain the skills necessary to create macros, collaborate with others, audit and analyze worksheet data, incorporate multiple data sources, and import and export data.

Course Prerequisites:

Before starting this course, students are recommended to take the following courses or have equivalent knowledge:

  1. Microsoft Office Excel 2010: Level 1
  2. Microsoft Office Excel 2010: Level 2

Delivery Method:

Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities. Each student is provided with a computer and a manual. The manual is the student's to keep and makes an excellent reference guide.
