Students also talk about Risk Management, Project Plans, Project Schedules, Project Budgets, and Project Tracking and Control. Additional elements include a communications overview, reporting methods, change requests and evaluating projects upon completion.

Project Management Professional Certification Preparation

Your organization’s ability to demonstrate best practices in Project Management is key to completing projects on-time and within the budget allocated. The Project Management Professional Certification Preparation course expands on the basic concepts of project management discovered in the Fundamentals class above, and covers in-depth the essential elements of managing a successful project. The generally accepted practices recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) are applied in the course, which prepare students for the PMI certification exam.
