Do you need a room for periodic training sessions or meetings?   MicroAssist's training facility, located just off Mopac, has  fully equipped rooms for rent.   The rooms can be set up as meeting rooms, training rooms, or a boardroom.   

  • Training rooms can be set up for lectures or hands-on computer-based training
  • Projector available.
  • Audio visual gear such as Smart Boards, and Audio and Video Recording equipment are available for rent.
  • Ergonomic chairs and large workstations to ensure a comfortable environment.
  • Fast connectivity to the Internet

Technical Support Services

MicroAssist's IT Services division can supply the following technical services:

  • System set-up software configurations
  • Thorough review of technical installation with staff prior to event
  • On-site technical staff

Break Room & Catering Services

Break and catering services are available:

  • Breakfast including coffee, juices, fruit, bagels & muffins
  • Afternoon refreshments including cookies and other snacks
  • Catered lunches
